In which it is painfully obvious that I am no good at wardrobe design.

Fifth Doctor and Tegan Jovanka, drawn on a whim so the line art's sketchy and the coloring stayed pretty simple: Wacom tablet, airbrush tool, and a bit of ocean blur for the background.

Brilliant.
Honestly, I'm totally naming my daughter Tegan.

Did you see the scene in Timeflight, when Five comes to a fork in a tunnel?
Then he flips a coin. Starts to go one way. Stops. Glances over his shoulder, flips the coin the other way, and goes down the other tunnel. xD It was so subtle, and so brilliant, and...I loved it.

I laughed my ass off. Peter Davison was one of my absolute favourite Classic Doctors.
Anyhow, wonderful art. Really captures their characters without having to have that much of a resemblance.

I don't know what you did here, but though Five here doesn't physically resemble Peter Davison somehow he is Peter Davison. Does that make any sense? I don't know. Is it the eyes, the smile, or what? Ditto Tegan. And they both look so -- happy! *cannot stop smiling like a fool*
