The helmet derezzes in a sliding motion backwards, disappearing behind the security program's head. Tron stares at Ram with his usual stern face, familiar, not unkind despite the serious expression. A large mess of pixelation at his mouth and throat is clearly damaged....)

(Ram trembles, unable to take his eyes away from his old friend. A slightly shaking hand reaches to gingerly touch Tron's damaged throat, fingers brushing lightly over it.

It's like he can't breathe.)



Did I ever mention I love this fandom? Not just the movies, but the fandom in all its creative glory. You people are fabulous. And this, inspired by a roleplay thread between my favorite Rinzler and a Ram I've just met but already want to take home and keep, is an example of why. Good grief, you two. That whole thread is just. Guh.
